Campsite description: The camp is situated about 20 km from Ostrava, in the recreational zone of the Olešná dam at the base of the Palkovice hills, with the view of the picturesque Beskydy mountains, in the close proximity to Frýdek-Místek. It disposes of roughly 40 caravan sites with electricity and the area of 4 000 m² intended for tents. There are sports facilities (beach volleyball, netball, volleyball, tennis) on three fields, children can enjoy various attraction - trampolines, water football, etc. The dam surface offers a possibility of surfing or boating.
The visitor can buy basic grocery at the reception desk or can
have a meal at the restaurant where he can choose dishes from daily menu. There are also a summer and an indoor aquapark just beside the restaurant. The surroundings offer a wide net of marked cycle-ways and attractive walking trails.
